At Molly Bakes, we take pride in creating freshly baked treats made with care and quality ingredients. Due to the nature of our products and the speed at which we dispatch orders, we operate the following refund policy:

Orders

  • Orders cannot be cancelled or changed once placed. We dispatch orders quickly to ensure freshness, and this means we cannot modify or stop an order once it has been placed.

Returns and Refunds

  • All baked goods are non-refundable and cannot be returned or exchanged. As perishable items, we are unable to accept returns for food products.

  • Damaged Items: If your order arrives badly damaged, please email us within 24 hours of delivery at mollybakes@hotmail.com with:

    1. Your order number

    2. A clear photo of the damaged item

We will review each case individually and work with you to find a suitable resolution.
