1. Do you ship your baked treats nationwide?
Yes! We carefully package and send our treats across the UK so that everyone can enjoy our brownies, cookies, and indulgent desserts—no matter where you are.

 

2. How are your treats packaged for delivery?
All bakes are securely packed and sealed to ensure they arrive fresh and intact. We also use boxes that maintain freshness during transit.

 

3. How long will my order take to arrive?
Delivery times depend on the shipping option chosen at checkout. Please see our shipping policy found here, to read more on the shipping options. 

 

4. Can I order for a specific date?
Our website is restocked every Monday at 12pm. You then have until Wednesday at 3pm to place your order to ensure it is shipped on the Friday. 

 

5. How long do your baked treats stay fresh?
Freshness varies depending on the bake. Most brownies, cookies, and slices stay at their best for 2-3 days after receiving your order when stored in an airtight container, ideally in the fridge. Some bakes can also be frozen for up to 1 month.

 

6. Are your products suitable for dietary requirements?
Please note that all products are made in a kitchen that handles nuts, dairy, gluten, and other allergens. Check individual product descriptions for specific ingredients.

 

7. What should I do if my order arrives damaged?
If your order arrives damaged, please contact us immediately with your order details and a photo of the damaged item. We’ll do our best to resolve the issue quickly.
